The most recent numbers show a total of 560 businesses currently operating in the Ice Cream and Frozen Dessert Manufacturing industry. With OSHA reported accident rates of less than that of the the Dairy Product Manufacturing Industry as a whole, things have been relatively safe over the past five years.
