NarrativeAt 9:15 a.m. on September 28, 2017, Employee #1 was testing the tilting mechanism on the aerial device. The employee was on top of the basket when the lift failed, causing the basket to tilt over towards the ground. The basket fell approximately three feet and fractured his left foot. He was hospitalized for seven days.

NarrativeAt 2:30 p.m. on August 22, 2017, an employee was finishing a secondary coil when his left arm was struck by a rotating jig. The employee suffered a fractured forearm and was hospitalized.
On Thursday, October 20th 2016 OSHA reps took a report of a serious accident in Lyon Station, PA which had occured previously at East Penn Manufacturing Company, Incorporated. A 45 year old man working as a Electrician was killed on the job when the employee contacted a live bus bar and was electrocuted.
