NarrativeAn employee was opening a valve to obtain a sample of hot rosin for testing when the rosin splashed toward the right side of his face and ear, causing second degree burns. He was hospitalized.
On Friday, September 24th 2010 OSHA reps took a report of a serious accident in Burnside, KY which had occured previously at Kingsford Manufacturing Company. A employee working as a employee was injured on the job when the three employees injured and one died in dust explosion

NarrativeAt approximately 11:40 a.m. on September 24, 2010, Employees #1, #2 and #3 were seriously burned, while Employee #4 died died of his injuries, when a dust explo lsion ocurred. Employees #1,#2,#3 and #4 were performing hot work on a conveyor belt, located over three briquette silos thought to have been emptied and washed down before hot work began.
