NarrativeAt 1:10 p.m. on July 12, 2017, an employee was a stunt performer, conducting a fall stunt. The fall was designed to occur from a 24.5 foot balcony with 42 inch guardrails. The employee was to flip over the guardrail and fall to a catch pad below. The employee misplaced his hand starting the fall, which put him off center, missing the landing pad as a result. The employee was killed by impact to concrete with head, shoulder and hip injuries.
