NarrativeAt 3:13 p.m. on May 23, 2017, an employee was overseeing some children activities at an elementary school during a hot day and began to feel faint. The employee felt as is she was going to pass out and was dizzy. The employee was observed by a coworker throwing up in a classroom and she felt lightheaded. The employee was brought to the cafeteria to cool off and an ambulance responded. The employee was assessed and found dehydrated. The employee was hospitalized.
