NarrativeAn employee was finishing her morning medication administration cycle when she was called into an apartment by another worker to help move a resident from her bed to a wheelchair. The resident began to lose her balance, so the employee tried to help her to the ground, suffering acute severe lower back pain with disc protrusion in the process.
