NarrativeAt 4:30 p.m. on September 14, 2016, an employee reported to begin his work shift as a Security Officer at SouthLight Healthcare, a substance abuse and health care center. At approximately 8:18 p.m., the employee's responsibility was to conduct safety and security checks on the property. For an unknown reason, the employee attempted to cross a public roadway, from the western curb line to the eastern curb line. A northbound vehicle struck the employee causing blunt force trauma, resulting in the employee's death.
The accident investigation below was opened on Tuesday, April 19th 2016 by OSHA representitives in Haddonfield, NJ which had occured previously at Bancroft. A had been injured when the multiple types of exertions and bodily reactions
