NarrativeOn November 11, 2015 at approximately 12:15 pm smoke from an electrical fire in the building activated the fire alarm. An announcement was made over the PA system that it was a false alarm, so employee(s) remained at their work stations. Moments later the employee(s) were told to exit the building. The fire department was called and arrived on scene (for approximately 30 minutes). The employee coughed for the remainder of the day and the rest of the night. Due to difficulty breathing and excessive coughing the employee sought care at the emergency room. She was admitted.
