NarrativeAt 5:34 p.m. on April 22, 2019, an employee was pulling the hoist cable of a Soilmec SR-30 Hydraulic Rotary Rig, with a pair of shakeout hook spreaders attached to the weight ball hook, to hook up a large metal pipe sleeve. The employee was killed when he pulled the hoist cable into a 13kV overhead high voltage power line and was electrocuted.
