NarrativeAt 10:00 a.m. on March 28, 2019, an employee was using a chainsaw to cut down trees. After the employee cut down a 120 foot poplar tree, it fell into a 20 foot dead tree. The poplar tree's butt end lifted up and struck the employee in his head, killing him.

NarrativeAt 12:00 p.m. on March 31, 2019, an employee was troubleshooting the air-lift bags on a logging trailer. The air valve that supplies the air-lift bags was not working appropriately, causing all three of the rear axle air-lift bags to hold constant pressure. During troubleshooting, the force on both sides of the pivoting lifting axle caused the steel pivoting beam to break and contact the employee's head. The employee suffered a skull fracture with subdural hematoma and was killed.

NarrativeAt 1:00 p.m. on January 25, 2019, an employee was moving the Doosan Model DX300LL log processor down a logging road and it catapulted over the edge, throwing the employee 400 feet below the road before continuing to cartwheel approximately 1000 feet beyond the initial slide. The employee was thrown from the cab and crushed his head and chest, killing him.
