NarrativeOn December 5, 2017, an employee was on a roof and fell from it. The employee was killed upon impact with the ground.

NarrativeAt 7:50 a.m. on December 5, 2017, Employee #1 was operating a baler for a market. While the ram was ascending, Employee #1 stuck his right hand in to free a piece of cardboard that was stuck at the back of the baler and he used his left hand to steady himself by placing it on the front side of the ram. As the ram rose, his hand got stuck between the front side of the ram and the frame of the baler. Employee #1 sustained injuries on his left hand.

NarrativeAt 12:45 a.m. on November 18, 2017, an employee was operating a tub washing machine, which for some reason put her hand down on its exit end. Her glove became caught in the machine's chain and sprocket and her hand was pulled into its gears. The first joint of her middle and ring fingers were amputated, as well as receiving lacerations to her index finger. The employee was hospitalized and received treatment for her injuries.
