NarrativeAt 8:00 a.m. on September 6, 2018, an employee who was working the day shift providing security services at a warehouse was discovered dead in the employee breakroom by coworkers. The employee had notified their supervisor he was not feeling well at 6:36 a.m. and his supervisor informed the employee that he should return to the break area. The employee had a history of diabetes, coronary arteriosclerosis, and obesity. Emergency Services responded and pronounced the employee dead at 8:30 a.m.
